So each city is 70 KM by 70 KM.. So I can build AnyThing in there etc..
So .. One design has My Place in the middle..
The other 2 designs have the school in the middle WithOut My Place..
So I already designed EvERYTHING..
So design 2 and 3 will have the middle as 10 KM by 10 KM which is the school..
So design 1 is My Place in the middle..
Design 2 is 10KM by 10KM in the middle.. and the city is 50 KM by 50 KM.. And the city ItSelf is 70 Km by 70 Km..
The design 3 is the same.. Only difference is how I LayOut and design the middle etc..

Each male will b given a house land car package.. 
And the male will have to repay or exchange.. "back".. return.. to the government.. So the new government will provide these things to each male.. and the male will have to repay the government back.. And He can add things to the package if He forgot or if SomeThing has come up etc..
So..
I InTent on building proper cities..
But if the new government does not have proper resources..
Then I will build tent cities.. or cheap container cities.. which is cheap and affordable and achievable which will cost the government next to nothing compared to building proper cities..
So this is 100% Competently Achievable..
So the male who doesn't have will get.. a house land and electric car package..
He will also get a life to death welfare system..
So a male who doesn't have will get around $2500 a month.. a female will get $2000 a month..
Also take in2 account.. the house land car package is for males only.. "etc"..
Females are already out of control.. And they want independence..
But in order to share in this blessing.. She will have to marry a male and move in with Him..

So a male will get around $2500 a month..

And He will have to pay back the government for the house land and car package..
So.. U can pay $500 per month..
So the government will automatically deduct $500 per month from ur welfare u get per month or fortnightly etc..
And u will have $2000 left over for living expenses etc..
If a male marries..
He will get a bonus $1000 per month.. The wife or female will not get any additional income.. 
Because it is the male who supports the family.. So He will get $1000 extra if He marries..
So.. $2500 + $1000 = $3500 per month the male will get..
So now.. the male will might want to pay $1000 per month back to the government.. Which will b deducted from the welfare pay etc.. And He might also want to buy another electric car for the wife..
So.. U can add this expense to the package.. And continue to pay back the government over time etc..
So each male who doesn't have will b given a house land and electric car package..
If the government doesn't have enough money.. or resources to build a proper city..
Then it will b a tent city.. or shipping containers etc..
So..
If a male pays back $500 per month..
Thats $6000 per year(12 months).. and thats $60 000 in 10 years.. and thats $120 000 in 20 years..
So it is very achievable.. 
A tent city is 100% guaranteed..
I have nothing.. I don't have My own house or car.. And I am too poor to afford housing and car etc..
So If the new government.. will give Me a house land car package and $2500 per month.. I will gladly happily accept..
I think AnyOne who is homeless or looking for a house who can't get one.. will not complain..
The males and females who already have all things might not care about what I am doing here.. because they already have a house and job and so on etc..
So..
When a male baby is born.. He will get a life to death welfare system..
He will in the first month.. receive $2500 on going..
And a female baby will receive $2000 per month on going..
And only a male baby will receive a house land and electric car package..
The car can b arranged when He can drive etc..
But He will get a house and land package allocated to Him after birth in the same first month etc..
And He can automatically deduct $500 per month b to the government when He starts to receive welfare in the first month etc..
So the baby might want to move in2 His house at 13 years old etc..
So $500 x 13 years = $78 000.. So He would of paid back the government $78 000 etc..
And He will continue to pay back the house land car package un till He completes the final payment etc..
So this  is very achievable..

*Also.. I will IMplement a work for 6 months and take 6 months off work every year system..
A new work system. A new work life.. A new work cycle..
So basically.. Briefly..
The total working population might only need a fraction of the total population to work at one given time..
So If I focus on jobs that need to b done etc.. Or any jobs for all that matters..
I can get one group of people to work 6 months.. and have another group waiting on hand to switch half way with the current works.. and they keep switching every 6 months..
U serve the country for 6 months.. and then the country serves u for 6 months..
So government or public service work such as school teacher.. nurses.. police officers.. military personnel.. 
So if there are 1000 teachers working in a given 12 month period..
I will have to train or fast track a teaching course hiring an extra 1000 teachers for that year..
So the first group works for 6 months.. and then they switch with the other 1group of 1000 teachers for that 12 month period etc.. as in one group works for 6 months.. then the other group takes over the 6 months.. and they keep repeating every 6 months..
Same for nurses.. and police and military etc..
So..
in The New System..
U will get a house land electric car package which is achievable to pay off..
So u have that already..
So why do u have to work?
But u will b put in2 work for 6 months.. because u need to work the farms for food.. and utilities for gas.. water.. electricity.. sewerage etc.. internet etc..
u need people to work in these places to keep the country operational etc..
But u only work 6 months then switch with some1 else for 6 months.. then u go b to work after 6 months.. while the other person takes a break for 6 months.. etc.. repeat etc..
Also..
U will work for 6 months.. then u stop and get replaced with some1 else who will work the next 6 months..
So u work 6 months.. then u stop and jump on2 welfare for 6 months.. 
So ur meant to work 6 months and then stop and jump on2 welfare for 6 months.. then go b to work after 6 months.. repeat..
Or u can work the whole 12 months if u want to..
because ur job might b a high paying job etc..
So there is government work and the private sector..
The new government will hire people to work 6 months on and take 6 months off..
And as for the private sector..
The employer and employee will have to reach a deal or agreement of how much u will work or not etc..
It is up to ur employer and employee to set ur own terms etc..
So basically its the same structure.. U work 6 months and take 6 months off.. while another person ur employer hires works the next 6 months.. then u come b to work after 6 months etc..
So.. If a employer has 100 workers working full time..
He will have to have another 100 workers on hand ready to switch every 6 months..
So u work 6 months and then stop and jump on2 welfare for 6 months.. then go b to work after 6 months etc..
So in The New System..
U will get a house land electric car package..
And a life to death welfare system..
And u work for 6 months.. and take 6 months off "every" year.. 
*Also.. So basically if u work as a school teacher for the new government..
U will work 6 months.. Then switch after 6 months..
U work for 6 months and have a 6 month holiday..
U will work full time for 6 months..
U will get paid like $4000 to $5000 per month..
So after 6 months u will have a income before tax of $24 000 to $30 000.. Then u take 6 months off and jump on2 welfare.. U will stop getting paid as a full time teacher.. And a male will get $2500 per month and a female will get $2000 per month.. 
So basically the idea is.. u work hard for 6 months.. then u take 6 months off..
And I guess u would of saved the majority of ur income in the 6 months.. So u can use that to live off or go on holiday for 6 months.. + u will get ongoing welfare as stated..
Some People might want to work full time for a year and take no break.. because they might have a high paying job..
So.. u work for 6 months.. and take 6 months off every year..
And u would of saved enough money while working 6 months and u can use it when u have 6 months off.. + get ongoing welfare when u are off work..
And u already have a house land electric car given from the government.. So u need nothing..
U just work hard for 6 months.. and take 6 months off every year..
While another person takes ur role for 6 months.. then u go b to work after 6 months.. repeat etc..
So if I was a end user of the new system..
I will do a fast track training course to b a school teacher working for the government.. I will get given a house land car package because I don't have.. and I will work for 6 months.. and earn eg $24 000 to $30 000 for the 6 months that I can use after tax for holidays or to stay at home for 6 months.. at the same time receive $2500 per month on welfare.. then after 6 months.. I go back to work as a school teacher..
So this will apply to all work..
Accept some people might have to work full time like employers and managers if u can't find a replacement etc..
So..
In The New System..
Every Male who doesn't have.. 
will get given a house land car package..
And $2500 per month from welfare..
And thats it u don't need to do AnyThing ur life is set for life..
But U will have to work for like 6 months and take 6 months off..
U can pick the job u work in etc..
And u work for 6 months and take 6 months off every year..
U get paid for 6 months from work.. then u take 6 months off and get paid welfare..
U probably saved money from working full time for 6 months.. so u can use that when u are off for 6 months.. and u will receive money from welfare during the 6 months off as well..
So.. U can work for 6 months on and off.. or WhatEver the agreement is.. 3 months per year.. or 4 months per year .. or 8 months per year.. depends on the agreement etc..
U can work full time or part time etc..
Depends on the work contract agreement with the government or employer etc..
So in the new system..
All u have to do is..
Get a house car land package from the government and pay it off over time till u do..
And get put in2 work for 6 months.. and take 6 months off per year..
U can also work full time for 12 months with no break.. because u might b earning high income etc..
Some people won't need to work at all..
etc etc etc...
